Our Thermal Insulating Aluminum Honeycomb Panel is built on a 3003 aluminum alloy hexagonal honeycomb core bonded between two aluminum skins with aerospace-grade adhesive. The sealed air cells inside the core form a natural thermal barrier, giving the panel low thermal conductivity, high acoustic damping and an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio with high flatness and A2 non-combustible fireproof performance, meeting ISO 9001:2015 and CE standards.
Engineered for energy-efficient building envelopes, the panel reduces heat transfer and cuts air-conditioning and heating loads while absorbing airborne noise from traffic, machinery and public areas. With a thermal conductivity of 0.6 - 1.0 W/(m·K), a sound reduction index up to 32 dB and a noise reduction coefficient up to 0.75, it is widely used for curtain wall facades, ceilings, partitions, door panels, cleanrooms, marine, transportation and aerospace interiors.
