Our Pharmaceutical PTP Aluminum Foil Roll is manufactured from 8011 and 8021 alloys in H18 temper, specially developed as the lidding foil for pharmaceutical blister packaging. Produced under strict hygiene control with batch traceability, the foil is non-toxic and odorless, making it safe for direct contact with medicine. The standard 0.02mm gauge offers reliable push-through opening, while optional peelable and child resistant lacquers meet the needs of elderly-friendly and safety-focused packaging designs.
The bright, smooth surface accepts high-quality gravure printing for product names, dosages, batch numbers.
