Aluminum Tread Plate (also known as diamond plate or checker plate) is a type of aluminum rolled plate featuring a raised diamond or linear pattern on one side with a smooth reverse surface. Manufactured from 3003 aluminum as the primary raw material, this rust-proof aluminum offers slightly higher strength than standard aluminum alloy pattern plates. While providing some rust resistance, its hardness and corrosion resistance are lower than 5000 series pattern plates. Typical applications include truck models and cold storage flooring.
Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy Tread Plate
