Our color coated aluminum sheet for curtain wall and roofing is produced from 3004, 3105, 3005, 5005, 5052 and 1100 alloys in H14, H24, H32 and H44 temper, with thickness from 0.5mm to 1.5mm and coating systems including PVDF, PE and powder coating.

The PVDF coating is applied on a continuous coil coating line with controlled film thickness and baking curve, giving stable color, gloss and adhesion that resist ultraviolet radiation, salt spray and industrial atmosphere. The substrate is leveled and tension leveled before coating, so the finished sheet stays flat after cutting, bending and roll forming, which is essential for large curtain wall and standing seam roof panels.

We supply both flat sheet in 4x8 ft and 1220x2440mm, and coil for continuous roll forming lines, with RAL or custom color matching, protective peelable film and interleaf paper. Coating performance can be supported by third party tests such as salt spray, adhesion and UV aging on request, and full documents are provided for project approval.

Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer with our own casting, rolling, annealing, leveling and cut to size lines in Henan, China. Buyers are welcome to visit the workshop or arrange a third party factory audit.

Q2: Can I get a free sample?
Yes. Free samples are prepared in 3-5 days and the buyer only covers the freight, so material performance and surface quality can be verified before the mass order.

Q3: What is the MOQ?
3 tons per size for regular production. Mixed sizes can be loaded in one container and trial orders are negotiable.

Q4: How is quality guaranteed?
Every batch is tested in our own laboratory and shipped with mill test certificate, mechanical property report and dimensional inspection report.

Q5: What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C at sight, D/P and D/A. Other terms can be discussed for long term cooperation.

Q6: What is the difference between PVDF and PE coating?
PVDF coating offers much better UV and weather resistance and is normally used for exterior curtain wall and roofing; PE coating is cost effective and mainly used for indoor panels and temporary structures.
