Our food grade aluminum sheet is produced from 3003, 3004, 1050, 1060, 1100 and 8011 alloys in O, H12, H14, H16, H18 and H24 temper, with thickness from 0.3mm to 6.0mm for cookware, kitchenware, utensils and food packaging.

The surface is degreased and free of oil stain, water stain, scratch and white rust, so it is ready for deep drawing, spinning, anodizing and non stick coating without extra cleaning. Fine and uniform grain structure keeps earing low and elongation high, which means fewer cracks and less trimming waste on multi step drawing of pots, pans and lids.

Food contact safety is documented with LFGB and FDA reports, RoHS and REACH declarations, and each batch is shipped with mill test certificate and dimensional inspection report. Sheets can be supplied flat in 4x8 size, cut to your blank size, or in coil for continuous blanking lines, with interleaf paper and PVC film protection for long sea transport.

Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer with our own casting, rolling, annealing, leveling and cut to size lines in Henan, China. Buyers are welcome to visit the workshop or arrange a third party factory audit.

Q3: What is the MOQ?
3 tons per size for regular production. Mixed sizes can be loaded in one container and trial orders are negotiable.

Q5: What payment terms do you accept?

3003 and 3004 in O temper offer the best drawing performance; 1050 and 1100 are cost effective for simple shapes, while H14 and H16 give higher strength when dent resistance is required.
