Our marine grade aluminum plate is produced from 5083, 5086, 5052, 5754 and 6061 alloys in H116, H321, H111, H32 and O temper, with thickness from 8mm to 260mm for ship hull, deck, superstructure, boat building and offshore structures.

5083 H116 and H321 plates are supplied with stabilized microstructure for intergranular corrosion resistance in seawater, together with high tensile strength, excellent weldability and good bending performance. Every plate is ultrasonically inspected for internal defects, leveled for high flatness and trimmed to tight tolerance, so it can go straight to CNC cutting, beveling and welding without reworking.

Heavy plates are shipped with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate, ASTM B209 and EN 485 compliance, and third party class inspection such as SGS or TUV can be arranged before shipment. Cut to size service, including waterjet and plasma cutting, beveling and drilling, is available so shipyards receive ready to weld parts instead of full plates.

Heavy plates are stacked with wooden separators, protected by PVC film on request, secured with steel strapping and edge protectors, and packed on export wooden pallets or steel framed crates.

Wooden packaging is ISPM 15 heat treated for EU, US and Australian customs, and the plate stack is reinforced to prevent bending and edge damage during lifting and ocean transport.

Loading plans for 20GP and 40HQ containers are prepared in advance with weight distribution, lifting points and container number tracking, and full shipping documents are provided.

Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer with our own casting, rolling, annealing, leveling and cut to size lines in Henan, China. Buyers are welcome to visit the workshop or arrange a third party factory audit.

Q2: Can I get a free sample?
Yes. Free samples are prepared in 3-5 days and the buyer only covers the freight, so material performance and surface quality can be verified before the mass order.

Q3: What is the MOQ?
3 tons per size for regular production. Mixed sizes can be loaded in one container and trial orders are negotiable.

Q4: How is quality guaranteed?
Every batch is tested in our own laboratory and shipped with mill test certificate, mechanical property report and dimensional inspection report.

Q5: What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C at sight, D/P and D/A. Other terms can be discussed for long term cooperation.

Q6: What is the difference between H116 and H321?
Both are stabilized tempers for marine use. H116 is the ASTM standard temper for 5083 with controlled intergranular corrosion resistance, while H321 is the EN equivalent with slightly different mechanical requirements. We can supply either according to your specification.

Q7: Can you supply class certified plate?
Yes. Third party inspection by SGS, TUV or a classification society can be arranged on request, and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate is supplied with every shipment.

Q8: Do you provide cut to size service?
Yes. Waterjet, plasma and CNC cutting, beveling and drilling are available, and parts can be delivered ready to weld with the tolerance agreed before production.
