Our reflective aluminum circle disc is produced from 1060, 1080, 1050 and 1100 alloys with a bright mirror finish for lamp shades, reflectors, LED housings and other lighting parts. Surface reflectivity is controlled above 85 percent on the bright side, which improves light output and reduces energy loss in luminaire design.

Low earing performance is achieved by controlled rolling direction and annealing, so the blank keeps a uniform rim height during spinning and deep drawing of lamp cups. Grain size is checked in our own laboratory, and cupping and bend tests are performed per batch to confirm formability before shipment.

The surface is degreased and free of scratch, oil stain and water stain, so it can go directly to anodizing, polishing or painting lines. Circle diameters from 80mm to 1600mm and thickness from 0.3mm to 3.0mm cover most downlight, floodlight, street light and high bay reflector sizes.

Q3: What is the MOQ?
3 tons per size for regular production. Mixed sizes can be loaded in one container and trial orders are negotiable.
