Our large diameter aluminum circle disc is produced from 1050, 1060, 1100, 3003, 3004 and 3105 alloys in both DC (direct chill) hot rolled and CC (cast rolled) material, with diameters from 1300mm to 1600mm for stock pots, pressure cookers, commercial cookware and large format industrial stamping.

Heavy gauge blanks from 3.0mm to 6.0mm are annealed in fully automatic furnaces, so hardness, tensile strength and elongation remain stable from the first piece to the last piece of the batch. Each disc is circle cut on CNC blanking lines with roundness controlled within 0.5mm, burr free edge and high flatness, allowing large diameter circles to be drawn and spun without wrinkling, earing or cracking.

• Oversize circles are interleaved with moisture proof paper and protected by PE film and edge protectors, then packed on export wooden pallets with steel strapping in eye to sky direction for easy crane handling.

Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer with our own casting, rolling, annealing and blanking lines in Henan, China. Buyers are welcome to visit the workshop or arrange a third party factory audit before ordering.

Q3: What is the MOQ?
3 tons per size for regular production. Mixed sizes can be loaded in one container and trial orders are negotiable.

Q4: How is the quality guaranteed?
Every batch is tested by our own laboratory and we provide mill test certificate, mechanical property report and dimensional inspection report with the shipment.

Q5: What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C at sight, D/P and D/A. Other terms can be discussed for long term cooperation.

Q6: What is the difference between DC and CC material?
DC (direct chill) material has a denser microstructure and better elongation, which suits large diameter and deep drawn parts; CC (cast rolled) material is cost effective for standard cookware with moderate drawing depth.

Q7: Can you supply 1600mm circles in one piece?
Yes. Diameters up to 1600mm are produced as one piece on our own lines, without splicing or welding.

Q8: How long is the delivery time for oversize circles?
7-15 days after deposit for regular sizes, and 15-20 days for special diameters, with quotation confirmed within 24 hours.
