Product Description
Our Aluminum Coil Roll is produced from 5052 magnesium alloy containing 2.5% magnesium, which gives it high tensile strength and outstanding resistance to salt water, spray and industrial atmosphere. Supplied in H32 temper at 2.0mm thickness and 1500mm width, this marine grade coil is ready for cutting into boat hull panels, trailer bodies and truck side sheets.
This salt spray resistant roll is stabilised in the H32 strain hardened and partially annealed condition, delivering a yield strength above 160 MPa while retaining enough ductility for roll forming, bending and welding. The mill finish surface can be supplied with PVC protective film to prevent scratching during fabrication and transport.
As an aluminum processing factory with full-process production capability, we supply high tensile aluminum strip in continuous coil form with 3000 tons monthly capacity. Free test samples are available for buyers to verify salt spray performance, weldability and forming quality before mass orders.
