Aluminum foil laminated polyester film for flexible duct is a composite material engineered for HVAC air ducting, ventilation and range hood exhaust systems. The AL plus PET structure combines the reflective and barrier performance of aluminum foil with the mechanical strength and moisture resistance of polyester film, keeping ducts flat and dimensionally stable after installation.
The aluminum layer reflects radiant heat to improve thermal insulation and reduce energy loss, while the polyester layer delivers lightweight flexibility so the film bends, folds and conforms to complex duct layouts without cracking or rebound.
We supply this flexible duct laminated film in coil form with slitting width from 5 mm to 1600 mm, aluminum thickness 0.006 to 0.075 mm and PET thickness 0.012 to 0.05 mm. Standard sizes ship fast, and custom widths and colors are available for OEM duct programs.
