Our anodized aluminum sheet is produced from 6061, 5052 and 3003 alloys with a dense anodic oxide film, engineered for precision industrial parts, OEM fabrication and applications that demand scratch resistance, wear resistance and tight dimensional tolerance.
The anodic oxide layer raises the surface hardness well above mill finish aluminum, giving excellent scratch resistance, wear resistance and abrasion resistance that protect the part during machining, assembly and long term use. The surface is also corrosion resistant and easy to clean, so it performs reliably in industrial and electronic environments.
Sheets are cut, sheared and machined to your drawings with tight tolerance, and every batch is inspected for alloy composition, anodizing thickness, flatness and surface quality before shipment. Machining, punching, bending, laser cutting and edge deburring are supported for OEM orders.
