Our Wood Grain, Hammer Tone and Stucco Embossed Aluminum Sheet is manufactured by Yongsheng, a 23-year aluminum deep-processing factory in Henan, China, from premium 1050, 1060, 1100, 3003, 3105, 5052 and 5754 aluminum alloys. A set of precision embossing rollers transfers a deep, uniform decorative texture — wood grain, hammer tone, pebble or orange peel stucco — onto the surface, which is then finished on a continuous PE, HDP or PVDF color coating line. The result is a lightweight, rigid and corrosion resistant decorative aluminum panel that keeps its color, texture and shape for years.

The raised embossed texture increases surface rigidity and visually hides minor scratches, ripples and fingerprints, making the sheet an ideal facing material for ceilings, feature walls, curtain walls, column cladding, elevator interiors, signage and general interior decoration. Thickness from 0.2mm to 3.0mm and width from 100mm to 1600mm are fully customizable, with RAL or Pantone color matching, custom embossing rollers and cut-to-size supply available for OEM and ODM projects.
