Product Introduction
The colored aluminum sheet/coil are made by using aluminum alloy sheet as the base material. Production Equipment and Technology
①Advanced Production Line: Our factory has introduced an advanced roller coating production line, equipped with a specially designed aluminum coil roller coating line. The maximum width of the aluminum coils processed by this roller coating process can reach 2350mm, and the maximum thickness of the coating can reach 2.5mm. Some production lines can operate non-stop for 24 hours, with a daily processing capacity of 400-500 tons.
②Coating Process: After pre-treatment steps such as degreasing, cleaning, and passivation treatment, the roller coating operation is carried out. For high-performance PVDF coated color-coated aluminum coils, they are processed through precise roller coating and baking processes, ensuring a durability of over 20 years.
Selection of raw materials
① Aluminum substrate: Our factory selects products from well-known aluminum manufacturers as the substrate, such as Southwest Aluminum, Nanshan Aluminum, and China Aluminum, to ensure the stability of the chemical composition of the substrate and good surface quality, providing a guarantee for the subsequent coating adhesion and the overall performance of the product.
② Coatings: The selection of coating materials is also very crucial. The coating paint for our factory's color-coated aluminum rolls mainly uses the American PPG brand and the Swedish Becker brand. ① Inspection Process: From raw materials entering the factory to semi-finished products and then to finished products, our factory sets up multiple inspection stages, covering indicators such as appearance, coating thickness, adhesion, corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties. Commonly, the scratch test is used to detect coating adhesion, the salt spray test is used to detect corrosion resistance, and the gloss meter is used to test the appearance glossiness, etc.
