Product Description:

8011 aluminum foil is added with Al-Fe-Si elements. The alloy properties of more than 1% of the total alloy elements have a higher advantage. It is mainly used for food packaging and medical packaging. The processing range thickness: 0.02mm-0.07mm, width 300mm-1100mm, can be customized according to customer needs.

 

8079 aluminum foil not only has the advantages of moisture-proof, airtight, light-shielding, abrasion-resistant, fragrance-preserving, non-toxic, and tasteless, but also because of its elegant silver-white luster, it is easy to process beautiful patterns and patterns of various colors, so it is more likely to be favored by people. 8079 aluminum foil is widely used in food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, lithium battery soft package aluminum-plastic film, and other fields.

 

The difference between 8011 aluminum foil and 8079 aluminum foil
1. The Si content in 8011 aluminum foil is higher than that in 8079 aluminum foil, and 8011 aluminum foil contains Mn and Mg elements, while 8079 aluminum foil does not contain these two elements, so the strength and corrosion resistance of 8011 aluminum foil are higher than that of 8079 aluminum foil;
2. The strength of 8011 aluminum foil is high, but the corresponding elongation and puncture resistance under the same state are lower than those of 8079 aluminum foil. Therefore, in pharmaceutical packaging, the aluminum foil coating on the back of the medicine bag is mostly 8011 aluminum foil, while blister aluminum and tropical aluminum with higher requirements for sealing and elongation are mostly 8021 aluminum foil and 8079 aluminum foil;
3. Aluminum foil 8011 has a wider range of uses and can be used in many fields such as pharmaceutical packaging, food packaging, lunch box materials, tape foil, cable foil, milk cap materials, bottle cap materials, etc., while 8079 aluminum foil is relatively expensive and is mostly used in the packaging of lithium battery soft-pack aluminum-plastic film and blister medicines with relatively high requirements.
