Aluminum Alloy Specifications
1060 Aluminum Plate
Contains 99.6% aluminum, also known as pure aluminum plate. Features good elongation and tensile strength, meeting conventional processing requirements for traffic signs.
1100 Aluminum Plate
Low strength aluminum alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and superior workability. Ideal for welding, brazing, and soldering applications in traffic signage.
3003 Aluminum Plate
Approximately 20% higher strength than 1100 series while maintaining excellent workability. Resists discoloration and responds well to mechanical and organic finishes.
3105 Aluminum Sheet
Contains 98% pure aluminum with slight alloy additions for strength. Features 0.3% copper content providing 41% conductivity. Lightweight with semi-smooth surface finish.
