1060 Alloy 0.5mm Thickness Insulation Color Coated Aluminum Coil
High-quality color coated aluminum coil featuring 1060 alloy with 0.5mm thickness, available with PVDF or PE coatings for superior durability and weather resistance.
Coating Options
PVDF Coating
PVDF coating consists of vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or copolymer with other fluorine-containing vinyl monomers. The stable chemical structure provides excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, color retention, and UV protection.
PE (Polyester) Coating
High molecular polymer coating with UV resistance, available in matte and glossy finishes. Features compact molecular structure for smooth surface and excellent printability, with 8-10 year weather resistance warranty. Ideal for interior decoration and signage applications.
Aluminum Series Characteristics
- 1 Series: Contains over 99.00% aluminum with excellent electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and welding performance. Suitable for conventional industrial applications.
- 3 Series: Manganese-based alloy (1.0-1.5%) offering superior rust prevention, corrosion resistance, weldability, and plasticity.
- 5 Series: Magnesium-based alloy featuring low density, high tensile strength, excellent elongation, and good fatigue strength. Widely used in conventional industry.
- 6 Series: Magnesium and silicon alloy designed for applications requiring exceptional corrosion resistance and oxidation performance.
