Our aluminum strip materials combine strength and high formability with excellent resistance to softening during vitriting processes. Manufactured at modern, well-equipped mills, our products can be rolled to very fine tolerances, enabling more caps per tonne of coil and uninterrupted operation of high-speed forming presses.
Aluminum Series Features
- 1000 Series: Contains over 99.00% aluminum with excellent electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and welding performance. Ideal for conventional industrial applications.
- 2000 Series: High hardness with approximately 3-5% copper content. Enhanced with manganese, magnesium, lead, and bismuth for improved machinability. Primarily used in aviation applications.
- 3000 Series: Primarily composed of manganese (1.0-1.5%), offering superior rust prevention, corrosion resistance, weldability, and plasticity.
- 5000 Series: Common alloy aluminum with magnesium as the main element. Features low density, high tensile strength, excellent elongation, and good fatigue strength. Cannot be strengthened by heat treatment.
- 6000 Series: Contains magnesium and silicon, suitable for applications requiring corrosion resistance and oxidation protection.
- 7000 Series: Aeronautical-grade aluminum-magnesium-zinc-copper alloy. Heat-treatable super hard aluminum with excellent wear resistance and weldability, though corrosion resistance is limited.

- Normally, for aluminum strip, 20MT can be loaded into 20-foot container. We recommend using 20-foot containers as sea freight rates are significantly cheaper than 40-foot containers.
- Our packaging is extremely robust with 3 layers: thick fiber, foam, and plastic, including sufficient drying agent for long-distance sea transportation.
- We use wooden pallets and steel pallets according to customer requirements.
- Wooden boxes are used for external packing with 24 wooden boxes per 20ft container.
- We implement container fixing to prevent any damage during transportation.
