 Color Coated Aluminum Description 

 

Color coated aluminum coil / sheet is the printing product produced by the fluorocarbon roll coating on the surface of the aluminum plate after the pre - treatment of chromatin and so on . It has become a new material to replace the traditional stone and glass curtain wall .

Stucco embossed aluminum coil / sheet is a roll - coated aluminium plate which is extruded into variou styles on the layout of a plane roll coated embossed aluminum plate. Its ranges are classic stucco , variety stucco , bean pattern , diamond pattern , Horizontal stripes , Vertical stripe , Cobblestone pattern , Litchi pattern etc .

 

PVDF coating :

made of fluorine carbon resin , pigment , ester solvent , after high temperature roasting and baking , the paint is solidified to dry film with super weather resistance . PVDF coating also can be classified as traditional PVDF and nanometer PVDF coating .
A．Traditional PVDF Coating , with KYNAR500 PVDF , two or three times for coating and baking , has good properties of anti - acid , anti - alkali and is durable in atrocious weather and environment , keeping 15 years no unwonted fading . In view of these facts , we recommend this panel applied for external wall cladding .
B．Nanometer PVDF Coating , which different with traditional PVDF is the clear coating . It contains nanometer element , which can protect panel from pollution , Because nanometer has self - cleaning effect , It easy to get rid of dust and pollution by raining or water .

PE Coating :

The PE coating is formed by repeatedly baking the surface of the aluminum plate to form a solid continuous film which is firmly adhered. It is an anti-UV ultraviolet coating and has decorative properties.

The polyester painted aluminum coil is made by coating polyester paint which can form varied decorative film on the aluminum surface . The polyester paint used for the aluminum coated coil is available in a wide variety of bright colors , which can meet different customer needs for bright , colorful interior decoration . The polyester paint glossiness is high up to 95% . It is ideal for advertising boards .

YongSheng PE color coated aluminum coil with good PE Paints and high performance of aluminum coil is produced by advanced roller coating . All performance parameters are up to or higher than related national standards .
