Product Overview
Color coated aluminum coil/sheet is manufactured through fluorocarbon roll coating on pre-treated aluminum plates, creating an innovative alternative to traditional stone and glass curtain walls.
Stucco Embossed Aluminum
Our stucco embossed aluminum coils feature various textured patterns including classic stucco, bean pattern, diamond pattern, horizontal stripes, vertical stripes, cobblestone pattern, and litchi pattern.
Coating Technologies
PVDF Coating
Our PVDF coating utilizes fluorine carbon resin, pigment, and ester solvent, baked at high temperatures to create a durable dry film with exceptional weather resistance.
Traditional PVDF Coating
Using KYNAR500 PVDF with two or three coating and baking cycles, this coating offers excellent acid and alkali resistance, maintaining color integrity for up to 15 years in harsh environmental conditions. Recommended for external wall cladding applications.
Nanometer PVDF Coating
This advanced clear coating incorporates nanotechnology for self-cleaning properties, making panels resistant to pollution and easily cleaned by rain or water.
PE Coating
