Coating Technologies
PVDF Coating
PVDF coating utilizes fluorine carbon resin, pigment, and ester solvent, cured through high-temperature baking to create a dry film with superior weather resistance.
Traditional PVDF Coating: Features KYNAR500 PVDF with 2-3 coating and baking cycles. Provides excellent acid and alkali resistance, maintaining color integrity for over 15 years in harsh environments. Recommended for exterior wall cladding.
Nanometer PVDF Coating: Includes clear coating with nano-elements for self-cleaning properties. Effectively repels dust and contaminants, easily cleaned by rain or water.
PE Coating
PE coating forms a solid, continuous film through repeated baking processes, offering UV resistance and decorative properties with gloss levels up to 95%.
Ideal for advertising boards and interior decoration applications requiring bright, vibrant colors.
