Color Coated Aluminum Description
PE (Polyester) Coating
High molecular polymer coating with UV resistance, available in matt and glossy finishes. Compact molecular structure ensures smooth surface ideal for printing applications. Features 8-10 year weather resistance warranty, specially designed for internal decoration and sign boards.
PVDF (Fluorine-Carbon) Coating
Made from fluorine carbon resin, pigment, and ester solvent, baked at high temperature to form durable dry film with superior weather resistance.
- Traditional PVDF Coating: Uses KYNAR500 PVDF with 2-3 coating and baking cycles. Excellent acid and alkali resistance, durable in harsh weather conditions, maintains color integrity for 15 years. Recommended for external wall cladding.
- Nanometer PVDF Coating: Clear coating containing nanometer elements for self-cleaning effect. Easily removes dust and pollutants through rain or water washing.
Application Conditions
