PVDF Coating
PVDF coating consists of vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or copolymer with other fluorine-containing vinyl monomers. This chemical structure provides exceptional stability, making PVDF coated aluminum coils highly resistant to wear, impact, fading, and UV radiation.
PE (Polyester) Coating
PE coating uses high molecular polymer as monomer with alkyd additives, creating a UV-resistant protective layer. Available in both matte and glossy finishes, the compact molecular structure ensures smooth surface texture ideal for printing applications. With 8-10 year weather resistance warranty, it's specially designed for interior decoration and sign board applications.
