Product Description
3003 aluminum coil is an aluminum alloy with manganese as the main alloying element, which cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. It has high plasticity, good welding performance, higher strength than 1 series pure aluminum, and strong corrosion resistance, and is also called rust-proof aluminum plate.
The 3003 aluminum coil produced by Yongsheng Aluminum is a widely used rust-proof aluminum. The addition of a small amount of Mg significantly refines the crystals of this alloy after annealing and improves the tensile strength and elongation. Since 3003 aluminum coil is suitable for stamping and stretching, it is used as a battery shell material and is not easy to break and leak. 3003 aluminum alloy has strong corrosion resistance and is used for processing parts and components that require good forming performance, high corrosion resistance, and good weldability, or work that requires both these properties and higher strength than 1000 series alloys.

Packing Details
- Normally, for color-coated aluminum, 20 MT can be loaded into a 20-foot container. We suggest using a 20-foot container because the sea freight rate is much cheaper than a 40-foot container.
- The packing is very strong, which has 3 layers, thick fiber, foam, plastic, and enough drying agent, suitable for long-distance sea transportation.
- We use wooden pallet and steel pallet according to customer requests.
- Wooden boxes will be used in the outside packing.
- We have fixings in the container to avoid any damage during the transportation.
- 24 wooden boxes in one 20-foot container.
