Premium aluminum alloy strips specifically engineered for beverage cap manufacturing, available in alloys 5052, 5182, and 8011 with various tempers including O, H12, H14, H16, H18, and H19.
Alloy Specifications
- 5052: Excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and formability. Ideal for beverage can lids and labels in acidic environments.
- 5182: Superior weldability and corrosion resistance. Commonly used for beverage can tabs and pull-tabs.
- 8011: High ductility for deep drawing applications. Widely used in bottle caps and stoppers.
