Product Description:

Non-stick aluminum discs are commonly used as raw materials for rice cookers. Non-stick coatings are applied to the aluminum discs to prevent food from sticking to the surface during cooking. This coating is usually made of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) (commonly known as Teflon) or ceramic coatings. The non-stick coating won't stick to food, making cleaning easier. Aluminum metal has good thermal conductivity and can distribute heat evenly; the non-stick coating is durable and can fully withstand high temperatures and direct contact with food. Just wipe it with a damp cloth or rinse it with water. Aluminum non-stick pans can be used for frying, grilling, baking, stir-frying, etc.

 

3003 aluminum round has better durability and corrosion resistance. 3003 non-stick aluminum circles are often made of Teflon non-stick coating because its surface properties give the non-stick coating excellent adhesion and durability. Commonly used in the production of frying pans, pans, and other cookware requiring a nonstick surface.

 

3105 aluminum disc is mainly made of aluminum alloy 3105, which is a commercial pure aluminum alloy with manganese added as the main alloying element.
