Aluminum Series Features
- 1000 Series: Contains over 99.00% aluminum with excellent electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and welding performance. Ideal for conventional industrial applications including ceiling systems, decoration, ACP, curtain walls, roofing sheets, PC bases, radiators, cookware, and deep drawing processes.
- 2000 Series: High hardness alloys with 3-5% copper content, enhanced with manganese, magnesium, lead, and bismuth for superior machinability. Primarily used in aviation applications.
- 3000 Series: Manganese-based alloys (1.0-1.5%) offering excellent corrosion resistance, weldability, and plasticity for rust-prevention demanding industries.
- 5000 Series: Magnesium-based alloys featuring low density, high tensile strength, excellent elongation, and good fatigue strength. Cannot be heat-treated but widely used in conventional industries.
- 6000 Series: Magnesium and silicon alloys providing superior corrosion resistance and oxidation performance for demanding applications.
- 7000 Series: Aerospace-grade aluminum-magnesium-zinc-copper alloys that are heat-treatable. Features excellent wear resistance and weldability, though corrosion resistance is moderate.
