This 3003 H14 aluminum strip coil is an Al-Mn anti-rust alloy specifically designed for applications requiring excellent corrosion resistance, weldability, and formability. Manufactured by YONGSHENG ALUMINUM, this product features a smooth, fine surface with minimal thickness tolerance, superior stamping performance, and oxidation effects that exceed standard specifications.
Key Features and Applications
- Corrosion Resistance: Superior to 1-series aluminum coils, resistant to atmospheric conditions, fresh water, seawater, food products, organic acids, gasoline, neutral inorganic salt solutions, and dilute acid environments.
- Mechanical Properties: Excellent plasticity in annealed temper, good plasticity in semi-cold hardened state, and low plasticity in cold hardened state.
- Weldability: Excellent welding performance with poor cutting characteristics.
