Aluminum Alloy Grades
1050 Aluminum Coil
The 1050 aluminum coil belongs to the pure aluminum coil series with 99.50% aluminum content. These coils offer high plasticity, excellent corrosion resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity, but have lower strength and cannot be heat-treated for strengthening. They are suitable for contact welding and gas welding applications.
1060 Aluminum Coil
1060 aluminum coil features a flat surface, high cleanliness, and is ideal for polymer welding. With excellent elongation and tensile strength, it meets conventional processing requirements for punching and drawing operations, making it suitable for soft battery connections, aluminum-plastic panels, lighting fixtures, signage, and related applications.
1100 Aluminum Coil
1100 aluminum coil is the most commercially pure alloy with 99% or greater aluminum content. It can be formed through cold working processes and meets international quality standards.
3003 Aluminum Coil
3003 aluminum coil is an AL-Mn alloy and the most widely used rust-proof aluminum. While it cannot be heat-treated for strengthening, cold processing improves its mechanical properties. It offers high plasticity in annealed states, good corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, but has limited cutting performance.
