Aluminium Circle/Disc Introduction
Small aluminum discs, also known as aluminum rounds, are discs made of aluminum alloy sheets. They are widely used in various industries including cookware, lighting, automotive and electronics. The three commonly used alloy grades for small aluminum circles are 1070, 1060 and 1100.
1. 1070 aluminum circle:
Alloy composition: 1070 alloy is made of aluminum as the main element, with a minimum aluminum content of 99.7%.
Properties: 1070 aluminum has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, making it suitable for appliance and radiator applications.
Application: 1070 aluminum round plates are commonly used in the production of pots, pans, pressure cookers and other cookware.
2. 1060 aluminum circle:
Alloy Composition: 1060 alloy has a minimum aluminum content of 99.6%.
Properties: 1060 aluminum has similar electrical and thermal conductivity to 1070 aluminum. Has good corrosion resistance and formability.
Application scope: 1060 aluminum round plates are widely used in the lighting industry for making lampshades, reflectors, and decorative lighting fixtures.
3. 1100 aluminum circle:
Alloy composition: Alloy 1100 has a minimum aluminum content of 99.0%.
Features: 1100 aluminum has excellent corrosion resistance and high ductility, making it suitable for various molding processes.
Application: 1100 aluminum discs can also be used in the production of kitchenware.
